Hybrid or remote workingImmediate StartNational organisationStructured development programmesPurpose of the RoleThe Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for producing high quality technical electrical telecommunications designs for multiple projects, servicing various clients.Electrical Design Engineer ResponsibilitiesCompile Electrical designs and reports using dedicated software to provide safe upgrade design path in line with requirements of the client project specific standards/specifications.Interpret solutions into outline designs for review and insertion into overall detailed design drawing packs.Review drawings for quality in design and safety in line with company and client requirements and processes.Liaise with project managers to ensure delivery requirements are achieved to determined deadlines agreed with clientsHelp to maintain library of Client documentationSupport other Electrical Designers and the Team in the delivery of high quality, accurate project documentationKeep all internal and client systems up to date ensuring all work & milestone details are capturedWork to strict deadlines, able to manage pressure and own work loadSkills
EssentialElectrical qualificationElectrical Design experienceComputer literate such as Microsoft officeGood level of maths and number skillsProven ability to work and learn in fast-paced environmentAbility to organise work and support others in a timely and effective mannerAble to multitask, work independently as well as in a team environment, demonstrating a collaborative approach.
