Contracts Manager – Major Civil & Water Infrastructure
Location: North West London
A leading UK civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of complex, multi‑disciplinary projects across water, tunnelling, pipelines and major civils.
The Role
You will lead the commercial, operational and safety performance of multiple projects, ensuring schemes are delivered to programme, budget and quality expectations. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong commercial awareness, technical understanding and the ability to drive performance across project teams and supply chain partners.
About You
Essential
- A background delivering civil engineering and water infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM, design management, risk and cost control.
- Proficient with MS Projects (P6 advantageous).
- HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in tendering and pre‑qualification for multi‑disciplinary schemes.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
