The Role

This role is responsible for designing and delivering awe-inspiring leadership development programmes, workshops and coaching engagements bespoke for our clients.

Working closely with client organisations, the Lead Consultant will understand their strategic, leadership and organisational needs and translate these into engaging, practical and tailored development experiences. You will contribute to diversifying our client base through proactive relationship building, client conversations, proposals and pitches.

The Lead Consultant will be a leader in their own right and able to motivate, inspire and manage internal colleagues.

The Lead Consultant role is a full-time, hybrid position working out of our Colchester office. They will need some flexibility for travel, primarily in Europe and the UK, although it is unlikely to involve significant time away from home.
