A leading West End media and entertainment boutique is looking to hire an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to support its busy and highly regarded practice.
The role will involve:
- Trade mark and design prosecution
- Deadline and portfolio management
- Supporting trade mark enforcement matters
- Working closely with fee earners across a varied, high-profile client base
The ideal candidate will have previous trade mark paralegal experience, excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. The CITMA Paralegal qualification, or a willingness to work towards it, would be advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in brands, media, entertainment, fashion, art and consumer businesses to join a specialist and highly regarded team in the West End.
The role is 4 days a week in the office.
