Teaching Personnel are thrilled to be supporting the launch of abrand new Special Educational Needs (SEN) schoolin Tonypandy, opening this September. This is a unique opportunity tojoin a teamand help shape a school environment from the ground up.
We are working in close partnership with the school to recruitpassionate, committed, and caring individualswho are eager to make a meaningful difference in young people’s lives.
Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from individuals at all stages of their career, including:
- Experienced SEN professionals looking for their next challenge
- Teaching Assistants or support staff with transferable skills
- Individuals new to education who are eager to learn and develop within SEN

About the Roles:
You will be part of asupportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking school community, working with pupils who have a range of additional learning needs.
Available roles include:
- SEN Teaching Assistants
- Behaviour Support Assistants
- 1:1 Support Workers
- General Classroom Support Staff
Your responsibilities may include supporting pupils’ learning, promoting positive behaviour, encouraging social development, and helping to create a safe, engaging learning environment.
