Community Nurse – Holistic Home Care & Growth

Sirona Care & Health is seeking a dedicated Community Nurse to join our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams in the Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire areas. We welcome applicants for both full- and part-time hours in Woodspring INT, with a focus on holistic, in-home care and person-centred support.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing interventions, with development opportunities and a clear competency framework.
