Community First in Devizes is seeking a Young Adult Carers Support Worker to provide holistic support for Wiltshire Young Adult Carers aged 16–25, enabling safer coping strategies, increased confidence and skills, and reduced isolation.
The role bridges the gap between Young Carer services and Adult Carer services within Community First’s Carers Together Wiltshire program, and operates under the Disability Confident scheme.
