Senior Support Worker – Trauma-Informed Housing for Young Women

Impact Initiatives in Brighton and Hove is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join the Stopover Supported Housing service, delivering trauma-informed support to young women aged 16–25 and overseeing day-to-day operations alongside the Head of Supported Housing.

This part-time, permanent role combines direct work with residents, staff supervision and building partnerships with external agencies to ensure safe, high-quality housing support and adherence to licencing and funding
