Support Worker

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their independence and dignity.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
• Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with care plans and regulatory requirements.
• Support residents in engaging with social and recreational activities to enhance their well‑being.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a warm, welcoming, and safe environment.
• Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – training is provided.
