Residential Support Worker – Impactful Roles, Flexible Shifts

Devon County Council is recruiting for positions in its children’s homes across Devon. The roles involve supporting children and young people with complex needs, helping them with daily tasks and life skills, and promoting positive outcomes in a home-from-home setting.

Applicants should be dynamic, resilient and dedicated, able to engage positively with children, and ready for shift work across mornings, evenings and overnights. A valid UK driving licence and business insurance are required.
