Compassionate Resident Care Assistant

At Bupa, a Care Assistant role is to provide person-centred care, supporting independence and honouring choice. You’ll be part of a team delivering high standards of care across residents, with a focus on compassionate service.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, documenting changes, supporting meals, and engaging residents in activities while maintaining care plans and complying with regulations. Experience and/or Health and Social Care qualifications are desirable.
