Wellbeing & Activities Assistant — Care Home

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Wellbeing and Activities Assistant to join Winchester Heights Care Home in Winchester. You will help deliver a wide range of activities to engage residents and support their physical, cognitive, and social wellbeing.

Working with the Wellbeing Coordinator, you will maintain a safe environment, report changes in residents’ condition, assist with supplies, and foster links with schools, museums and other groups to promote intergenerational activity.
