Care and Reablement Solutions is recruiting Community Care Assistants across Sunderland, Seaham, Chester-le-Street and Durham, paying £13.00 per hour plus paid mileage.

You will visit people in their own homes and help them regain their independence after illness, injury or a hospital stay – supporting with personal care, medication, meals, mobility and everyday living, alongside good company. Reablement is about helping people get back on their feet, so the work is truly rewarding and no two days are the same.
