Floating Intensive Housing Support Specialist

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a compassionate, motivated Intensive Housing Support Worker to join our Newport Pathways Floating Support Team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role focuses on helping individuals with complex needs sustain tenancy, improve wellbeing, and access services.
