Night Residential Childcare Worker (Waking Watch)

Therapeutic Care invites applications for a Night Practitioner (Waking Watch) in Lytham. This full-time position runs 10pm–8am on a 3 on 3 off rolling shift, with full training provided. Overtime is paid at £1 extra. Background checks including Enhanced DBS are required, with safeguarding central to our service delivery.

No prior qualifications or experience are required as comprehensive training is provided to support you in your role.
