Recovery & Community Support Navigator

Waythrough is recruiting a Recovery Coordinator for the County Durham Drug and Alcohol Service. You will manage a caseload, deliver recovery plans and work with partner agencies to support individuals on their recovery journey within a multidisciplinary team.
