Group Finance Assistant – Xero Pro, Onsite Bristol + Free Parking

Mad Swans is seeking a Group Finance Assistant to join our small finance team at the Mendips, near Bristol. You will manage supplier invoices, payment runs, and maintain the Xero system while preparing timely financial reports to support growth.

You will also assist with integrating new sites and acquisitions, ensuring processes are rolled out consistently across the group. A-Level or degree education and accounting qualifications are preferred, with experience in finance or bookkeeping.
