Real Estate Paralegal – Growth & Transactions in Birmingham

Shoosmiths LLP in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. You will assist on large portfolio transactions, manage data rooms, draft and review leases, and handle post-completion work with clients and external solicitors.

You will support a busy department, maintain accurate file management, and liaise with the SDLT team to resolve queries. Degree plus paralegal experience is preferred, with strong client care and communication skills.
