Front Door Customer Advisor: Social Care & Signposting

City of York Council is seeking a Customer Contact Worker for its Front Door Team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, carers, families, professionals and partner organisations, providing information, advice, guidance and signposting to access the right support at the right time.

The role emphasises a responsive, person-centred approach, promoting independence, wellbeing and early support through community resources and preventative services.
