Groups Coordinator: Luxury Hotel Reservations Lead

The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is seeking a proactive Groups Coordinator to join our Central Reservations team in London. You will manage all aspects of group reservations for six London hotels, a property in Guernsey, and Edinburgh, from inquiry to confirmation and post-departure follow-up.

Based in London Central Offices, you will ensure a seamless guest experience while coordinating with internal stakeholders. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.
