This role pays on our Support Scale from I23 (£30,888) up to I25 (£32,706) per annum, which is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Role Overview

As an Estates Maintenance Operative, you will provide a high-quality maintenance service, helping to ensure our buildings, grounds, equipment and learning environments are safe, secure and maintained to an excellent standard.

You will also support refurbishment and improvement projects across the College.

Working as part of our wider Estates team, you will carry out routine building and site inspections, respond to maintenance requests, and support important health and safety and compliance activities. You will also assist with contractors working on site, room and event setups, and the general upkeep of college facilities.
