Technical Customer Support Advisor

Volution Group Plc, a market leader in ventilation systems, is seeking a Manrose Customer Service & Technical Advisor based in Reading. You will be the first point of contact for customers and external sales teams, handling orders and providing technical support.

Experience in call centre or office-based customer service is preferred; training will be provided, including EDA accreditation. You will work with Epicor ERP to process orders and access product information.
