Garden Centre Associate — Plant Care & Customer Service

Hillier Nurseries Limited is seeking a friendly Garden Centre Assistant at Hillier Garden Centre, Aldermaston. The role is permanent, 28 hours per week on a rota, with some weekend work and the possibility of extra hours during peak periods.

You will greet customers, offer product advice, help keep the centre clean and well-stocked, handle payments, and support stock control. A welcoming, can-do attitude and interest in gardening are essential.
