Night Guest Services Associate — VIP Reception & Bar

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Nights Guest Service Assistant in Colchester to oversee overnight operations, greet guests, and uphold brand standards. You’ll manage late arrivals at reception, provide drinks and food from the 24-hour menu, and maintain accurate billing and a safe environment.

In this role you’ll also support the night audit process, handle guest relations, and ensure fire and safety compliance, helping us deliver memorable stays through the night.
