Fixed-term/Secondment for 6 months until 28th February 2026
We are recruiting for a Quality Team Administrative Assistantwho wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards “ working together, improving together”
You will work closely with the Senior Quality Manager to ensure timely, accurate and effective coordination of quality activities across the Care Group.
Supporting the ongoing delivery of the Trust’s Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) and Patient Safety Incident Response Plan, alongside the PHSO Complaints Response framework ensuring that documentation, tracking, communication and governance processes are maintained to a high standard.

The Administrative Assistant will provide high‑quality administrative, organisational and governance support to the Quality Team.
The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day functioning of quality processes, supports Patient Safety Incident Investigations (PSIIs), AAR, SWARMS, complaints, concerns, mortality reviews, and contributes to the delivery of the Trust’s integrated governance agenda.
