Maintenance Assistant – Site-Based, 9–5, Weekly Pay

Thorn Baker FM are looking for Maintenance Assistants for our Client’s site based in Lancaster. This role involves daily maintenance tasks, water flushing, and reactive upkeep of a busy site.

You will work under the maintenance supervisor, manage your own workload, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety. The hourly pay is £12.71 with weekly pay and ongoing work through October; a parking site with good transport links is provided.
