Production Yard Operative – Telehandler / FLT

Pay Rate: £14.36 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pmDuration: Up to 2 weeks

About the Role

We are currently looking for 2 reliable and hardworking Production Yard Operatives to join our team on a temporary basis, supporting an outdoor production and rendering operation.

This is a varied, hands‑on role suited to candidates who enjoy working outdoors and are happy to get stuck in with a range of practical duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Telehandler and/or Forklift Truck (FLT) to move materials around the yard
• Moving equipment and materials safely from A to B
• Keeping the yard clean, tidy and organised
• Pressure washing and general site cleaning
• Supporting the production/rendering operation as required
• Carrying out a variety of general yard and labouring duties
• Following all health & safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment

You should be:

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit and happy with hands‑on work
• Safety-conscious
• Flexible and willing to take on varied responsibilities
• Experienced in a yard, warehouse, production or similar environment
