Esther Coach for Lived Experience and Co Production

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Esther Coach to champion patient, service user and carer involvement across the Portsmouth and South East Hampshire Division. The post holder will work to ensure lived experience informs service design, delivery and improvement, while building partnerships with service users, carers and staff.

The role focuses on facilitating engagement, sharing stories, and supporting teams to translate learning into action.
