The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers and pupils in the classroom, helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment. Duties may include:

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development
• Working with individuals and small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities
• Supporting children with additional learning needs where required
• Helping to maintain a safe, welcoming and positive classroom environment
• Building strong relationships with pupils and school staff
