Retail Assistant Manager: Lead a Team & Deliver Great Service

Farmfoods in Tipton is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our 43-hour per week, full-time team. You will work closely with the shop manager to run an efficient store and provide excellent service to our customers.

The role includes coaching and developing a small team, managing deliveries, and keeping shop routines safe and tidy while controlling costs such as shrinkage, waste and payroll. Weekend availability is required.
