Lobby Concierge — Welcoming Visitor Experience

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Lobby Host in Manchester to join a team delivering warm, consistent customer care across front‑of‑house spaces. You’ll shape first impressions and support visitors and occupiers with a seamless, welcoming experience.

The role is full-time for six months, working 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule between 7 AM and 7 PM. A strong emphasis on professional presentation and proactive guest engagement is essential.
