You’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of one of our busiest and high-profile stores. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and flourishes in a busy retail environment. We’ll provide all the technical and sales training you need to help you succeed.
Day to day you will:
Deliver professional, exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience that keeps people coming back
Promote and sell products, accessories and repair services, supporting customers with recommendations and service queries
Introduce Network Airtime contracts, Sim Cards, E Sims, and promote Mobile Phone Insurance and Warranty policies to customers
Share product knowledge to help customers make informed buying decisions, supporting with recommendations and service queries
Generate sales leads and collaborate with the wider store team to hit shared targets
Maintain accurate sales records and key performance indicators
Ensure the store remains clean, organised and always welcoming
