Sainsbury’s Online Assistant role in the UK is a fast-paced position supporting online customers with order picking, substitutions when items are out of stock, and preparation for delivery. You’ll use a handheld device to plan routes, learn products and promotions, and assist with loading vans for Home Delivery.
Shifts start early and require flexibility and teamwork, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service both in-store and online.
