Empower Young People: Learning Disability Support Worker

SeeMeHired is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to young people with learning disabilities and complex needs in the community and at home. You will plan engaging activities to boost independence and social confidence while supporting daily living skills such as meals, shopping and routines.

Role requires PMVA and de-escalation skills, a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
