Empowering Learning Disability Support Worker

SeeMeHired is seeking a caring Learning Disability Support Worker to assist young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour in the community and in their homes. You will provide person-centred support and help with daily living tasks, routines, and activities.

Your role includes planning engaging activities, using PMVA and de-escalation techniques, maintaining digital care notes, and collaborating with families and MDTs to achieve positive outcomes.
