Learning Disabilities Support Worker – Flexible Shifts & Travel

Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker in Bath and surrounding areas. You will deliver person-centred care to clients in their own homes, support independence, and promote safe, meaningful activities within the community.

We value experience in community settings, resilience, and a genuine desire to build lasting relationships. Flexible shifts include days, evenings and weekends, with training and a strong support package from TCS.
