National Volunteer Engagement & Inclusion Lead

CPRE THE COUNTRYSIDE CHARITY is seeking a Volunteering Manager to lead the organisation’s volunteering strategy, champion diversity, and help build a thriving volunteer movement across England by inspiring, supporting and engaging volunteers.

You will work with staff, volunteers and partners to widen participation among under-represented groups, design new roles and programmes, and ensure volunteering experiences are welcoming, inclusive and impactful across CPRE’s network.
