Front Desk & Admin Officer – Probation Service

Ministry of Justice is seeking an administrative professional for an in-scope role within the Probation Service (PS) Directorate at HMPPS. The post holder will provide reception duties and a range of office-based administrative support to multiple teams, including handling visitors, calls, mail, and routine documentation.

You will contribute to safeguarding and security duties, log faults, support meetings and event registrations, and cover during periods of absence.
