Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Salary:£50K + bonus + full benefits package Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) The Opportunity A well-established, multidisciplinary property consultancy is looking to strengthen its Planning team with the appointment of a Planning Consultant, Senior or Associate (level dependent on experience).
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team working across a diverse pipeline of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Youll play a key role in delivering expert planning advice while contributing to the continued growth of the business. The Role
- Managing planning applications from inception through to determination
Providing strategic planning advice to a broad client base
Supporting and leading on development plan representations
Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
(Senior/Associate level) Supporting team leadership, mentoring and project oversight
About You
- MRTPI chartered (essential)
Experience within planning consultancy or a local authority environment
Strong knowledge of development management and planning policy
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Ambitious, driven and keen to be part of a growing team
