You will beworking on the Rehab and Recovery ward. Our comprehensiverehabilitation services provide support for people with complexmental health needs. We align our services with the recommendationsof the Joint Commissioning Panel for Mental Health (JCPMH),ensuring our patients are given the highest quality care to enablean appropriate transition back home or into community services,wherever possible.

Located 5 minutesaway from Bristol Parkway train station and 10 minutes away fromBristol Temple Meads train station Nearby motorway network,providing access to the South West, Wales andLondon.
What you’ll bedoing
The ideal candidate will beresponsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred nursingcare to a defined group of patients, assessing, planning,implementing, and reviewing care plans in partnership with patientsand their families. They will work collaboratively within amultidisciplinary team, maintain accurate clinical records, andensure effective communication with patients, colleagues, andexternal stakeholders. The role includes supervising and supportingnursing and healthcare assistant staff, acting as Nurse in Chargewhen required, contributing to clinical governance and qualityimprovement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding,medicines management, and professional standards. The post holderwill also support the development of junior staff and studentnurses while maintaining their own professional development andadherence to the NMC Code and organisationalpolicies.
You willjoin the team on the Rehab and Recovery ward. In this role, youwill play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessmentand delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity,respect, and high standards ofcare.
