First Article Inspector

Our aerospace customer is looking for an experienced First Article Inspector for a 3 month contract in Harlow, Essex.

Pay rate: 32 per hour

Job Description:

Third Party First Article Inspection Report Engineering services mayinclude, but not be limited to:

• First Article Inspection Report preparation
• Ballooning of drawings
• First Article Inspection Report compilation
• First Article Inspection Report validation
• Dimensional verification of parts

Required Experience:

• Demonstrate an understanding and use of AS9102 current revisions
• Demonstrate knowledge of interpreting engineering drawings, CMM data, digital product definition interpretation
• Demonstrate knowledge of geometric, dimensioning and tolerance
• Demonstrate evidence of more than 2-years in the last 5-years of aerospace experience and poses experience of working within an engineering environment for a minimum of 3 years
