My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Front Line Supervisor to help deliver a Thames Water project, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor with a strong water and civils background to join an established project team.
Front Line Supervisor Responsibilities:
Toolbox talksSupervising site operatives and subcontractorsManaging day-to-day site activitiesAllocating labour, plant and materialsClient liaison with Thames WaterHealth and safety complianceEnsuring works are carried out in line with RAMSMonitoring progress and reporting to the Site ManagerEnsuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specificationMaintaining quality standards and site recordsSupporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project
Front Line Supervisor Requirements:
- CSCS
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Previous experience working on Thames Water or water infrastructure projects
- Strong civil engineering background
- Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors
- Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements
- EUSR cat 1 & 2
- IT literate
- Full UK driving licence
