Plumbing and Heating Engineer

Plumbing & Gas Tutor / Trainer / Lecturer Nottingham | £44,000 + Bonus | Monday to Friday

I’m working with an independent training provider looking for a Plumbing & Gas Tutor / Trainer to join their team at a brand-new training centre near Nottingham.

They’re open to experienced trainers or qualified engineers looking to move off the tools, with full support available for teaching and assessing qualifications.

The role

• Deliver practical and classroom-based training to apprentices and adult learners
• Cover domestic gas, plumbing and heating systems, smart meters, heat pumps and energy-efficient technologies
• Deliver commercial short courses including ACS, renewals and upskilling
• Support apprentices throughout their training and progression

What they’re looking for

• Strong plumbing and gas background, domestic or commercial
• Relevant industry qualifications and experience
• Confident communicator who enjoys developing others
• Teaching or assessing experience beneficial but not essential
• Equally open to experienced engineers looking for their first training role
