NLBSolutionsareworkingwithalocalbusinessthatarelookingforanewAccountsSupervisortolookafterthecreditcontrolandsalesledgerfunction.Thebusinessneedsomeonethatishasatleast3yearsexperienceincreditcontrolandaccountsreceivabledutiesandthatislookingforarolewheretheyaretakingthenextstepintheircareer.Thebusinesshaveawellestablishedteamthatareexcellentcommunicatorsandhavelongstandingrelationshipsbothinternallyandexternally.
Thebusinesshavebeenlookingforsomeonethatwillbealongtermadditiontotheteamastheyworkinanenvironmentwhereteamworkandcommitmenttogettingthebestfromtheteamaroundthemandofferingexcellentservicestobothinternalandexternalcustomers.
Duties:
- Managethesalesledgeranddebtoraccounts,withafocusonkeycustomeraccounts.
- Buildstrongrelationshipswithcustomersandinternalstakeholderstoensureeffectivecommunicationandissueresolution.
- Manageend-to-enddebtorsprocess.
- IdentifyandimplementprocessimprovementthatsupportstheagreedKPI’s.
- SuperviseandsupporttheAccountsreceivableAssistant,includingprovidingcoverduringabsence.
- Completemonth-endandyear-endtasks,includingbalancesheetreconciliationsandauditsupport.
- AssistwithotherFinancedutiesasrequired.
