Shift Pattern
Week 1 – Morning Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 1:45pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
Week 2 – Afternoon Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Friday: 12:00pm – 5:15pm
About the General Operator Role
We are recruiting for a General Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment. As a General Operator, you will be responsible for supporting production, assembling components, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
General Operator Duties
- Preparing and cleaning components
- Assembling parts using tools and fixtures
- Operating manufacturing equipment
- Carrying out quality checks
- Following health and safety procedures
- Working towards daily production targets
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, or engineering experience
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately and safely
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible approach to shift work
