Country Court are seeking a Registered Care Home Manager for Ruby Lodge Care Home in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. You will lead the home, ensuring the very best person-centred care, understanding residents’ needs and promoting a compassionate, safe environment.

You will manage staff, budgets and marketing to maintain occupancy, while ensuring CQC compliance and high standards of care. The role is 40 hours per week with a salary of £70,000 per year.
