Social Media & Content Growth Lead

Minor Figures in London is seeking a social content lead to own our organic strategy across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, shaping voice, formats and growth.

You will launch TikTok from zero, build an early community, collaborate with global teams, and integrate paid amplification with organic content. The role sits in a fast-moving, collaborative team and reports to the Head of Marketing (EMEA).
