Senior Offshore Substation Structural Lead (Hybrid)

WSP is seeking an Offshore Substation Structural Lead to drive engineering delivery for offshore wind projects. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across design, Owner’s Engineering, and procurement, setting technical direction and ensuring schedule and budget alignment.

You will shape Basis of Design and technical specifications, support certification, and help grow the offshore substations capability within a global context.
