Thinkit Resources seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst to translate business needs into Salesforce requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for the global CPQ/CRM platform. The role covers Sales Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce Revenue Management across multiple countries.
You will work with stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers and a delivery partner to ensure requirements are understood, prioritized and delivered in an Agile or hybrid setting.
