Head Office Customer Experience Advisor

Hotel Chocolat, Mint House, Royston, is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor for our Head Office on a 3–6 month fixed-term contract. This is an entry-level role designed to immerse you in our premium brand and multi-channel customer service.

You’ll start with a two-week paid induction, learn product knowledge, and assist customers by phone, email and live chat while collaborating with Marketing, Retail and Operations. There are no outbound sales targets, only a focus on exceptional service.
